We are responsible for the personal data processed through this website, and process it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

When you fill in the contact form

We collect your name, email address, phone number, town or municipality, subject and the message you write. If you choose Request a call back, you only provide your name and phone number.

• Purpose: to be able to answer your enquiry and provide a quote.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest, and steps prior to entering into a contract when the enquiry concerns an assignment.

When you apply for a job with us

We collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the position you are applying for, what you write about your background and the CV you attach.

• Purpose: to handle your application and assess you as a candidate.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest and steps prior to entering into an employment contract.

Do not send any sensitive personal data in your application, such as information about health or trade union membership. We do not need it to assess your application.

When you simply visit the website

The website is hosted by Vercel, which for technical and security reasons logs, among other things, IP address, time and which page was requested. The basis is our legitimate interest in a working and secure website.

If you accept cookies, we also collect statistics about your visit, see the section below.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies that require consent until you have actively accepted them. If you choose Decline, no such cookies are set and the website works just as usual.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser and contains no personal data. You can change your mind at any time via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page.

Legal basis for cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw whenever you like.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. To run the website we use the following providers, who process data on our behalf:

The fonts on the website are hosted on our own server. They are therefore not fetched from any third party, and your IP address is not passed on in order to display text.

Some of the providers are American, and data may therefore be processed outside the EU and EEA. The transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision for the USA or the EU's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep the data

• Enquiries via the contact form: for as long as they are needed to handle the matter, and thereafter for as long as we have an ongoing business relationship.
• Job applications: during the recruitment and for a period afterwards, unless we agree otherwise with you.
• Records required under the Swedish Accounting Act: seven years.
• Server logs: the limited period applied by our provider.

When the data is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• find out what data we hold about you, and receive a copy of it
• have incorrect data corrected
• have data erased, when we have no reason to keep it
• object to processing based on legitimate interest
• request that processing be restricted
• receive data you have provided in a machine-readable format, known as data portability
• withdraw a consent you have given at any time
